the obligatory christmas post.

So we're 26 minutes into Christmas Day '08 and, for me anyway, it doesn't feel anything like Christmas at all. Me and my mum opened a present each at midnight (it's our tradition). I got gorgeous pistachio chocolate from Paris. I'm now sitting watching the Father Ted Christmas special, it's probably the Christmas special to end all Christmas specials. Priests trapped in a lingerie section = comic genius.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a really brilliant Christmas! I hope you all get some cracking presents and stuff your faces with Christmas dinner. Enjoy the Queen as well!

Nelson's Island Vibration's big reunion is coming up in the next few weeks which means our first rehearsal in a while. Cassie's got a new keyboard and I'm getting a new guitar in the sales so we're all very excited about messing around with our shiny new instruments. We're hopefully gonna have a couple of new songs coming up in 2009 as well so I'll keep you all posted.

gutted

I feel obliged to post this.
This morning my mum asked if she could go on my laptop to check her emails, as she was sat on the bed on msn bob my annoying gay cat was attacking my feet, so i grabbed him and gave him a big hug.
whilst hugging bib mum turned round and said 'oh i didn't think you of forgiven bob that easily' i looked her with my typical blank expression as in to say 'what are you on about!" she then told me about bob, knocking over the only cup i drink my tea out of at home, on the floor. i assumed he did it last night and told mum i didn't hear her have ago at him for it and she said 'oh no it was a few days ago now but i didn't want to upset you!'. the only i didn't notice is because we are out of tea bags!


I AM TOTALLY GUTTED
i don't like any of the cups at home apart from that one, it wasn't even a pretty cup but it was still my cup!

Orange fesssssssssssssssssst

It's true, I have a cold.

I was just in Tesco and I realised that I unconciously bought 2 oranges (they're 30p each! bargain!) and an orange juice drink without even thinking about my Vitamin C intake. And now I really want some orange chocolate too. I have Vitamin C cravings now?
I am striving desperately to be better for my birthday (week on Saturday people!) and also not not NOT to get a coldsore under my nose :(

IN EVEN BETTER NEWS. THE BEST NEWS ALL THIS COLLEGE RELATED YEAR:
I was told that my English Lit coursework is in short, amazing with a capital A. How did I do it? I do not know. Even though it was only ten days ago that I handed it in, Ian McPoowan seems a whole world away and thank the Lord for that! When I did my last reading it didn't stand out to me as something that would blow the minds of teachers(ish). And I don't wanna blow the Mary trumpet of jooooooy, but it was apparently undergraduate standard kids.

Happy fripping 11th of December.

and its all mine because mum cant eat cakes she has made, because she gets paranoid about it tasting funny.
