won't you shut the fuck up.

as some of you might know nelson's island vibration have been taking a bit of a break from rehearsing and such. what with cat's new job at gap and cassie's fro to be tamed we've not really had much time. but soon we will be back in the studio and releasing some fresh jamz for all you amazing fans out there. thank you for being patient with us, we're trying to get the record finished as quickly as possible so we can get back to playing gigs.  

i spoke to cass recently and she said she was writing an art review for some magazine, so keep your eyes peeled for that. she also celebrated her birthday last week so we're all going out soon for that. cat went out last thursday to see the wombats (with the incredible golden silvers supporting, seriously they are wonderful) and as far as i know she's still stalking davo from starbucks.

on a more personal note my downstairs neighbours have been drilling and hammering and that ALL WEEKEND (that's not a euphemism) and they're still going.  i've taken today off because after celebrating the fulham victory a little too much my stomach went into meltdown. i will never drink coca cola again. 

also, i've been listening loads to stephen fry reading paddington bear. it's fucking amazing. i wish he was my great uncle or something, he's such a legend.
